secureness
In an increasingly globalized world a company’s market presence should be constantly monitored and analysed in terms of possible threats and security risks, so that appropriate measures can be undertaken in the areas of technology, business processes and the "human factor". The positive identification with the company is the strongest force in this environment, which builds an atmosphere of safety and trust.
It is within this context that we apply our self-developed, unique assessment tool “secureness” to support and increase employee security awareness. It encompasses the following three subsets:
Personality in the workplace
The personality profile depicts your train of thought, decision making process and how you communicate with other people. It encompasses six dimensions from which a general preference is extracted:
Rational
Social
Thoroughness
Creativity
Extroversion
Introversion
Personal security understanding
The personal security understanding describes your decision making process in security-related situations and allows a differentiated analysis of how a person's safety-consciousness functions. Here the following areas are analysed:
Safety at work
Protection of health
Security awareness in area of work
Security awareness in area of privacy
- Security awareness in area of public
Safety profile
The security profile is based on the analysis of the emotional enunciation and explains possible risks in certain behavioral patterns within the following dimensions:
Emotional stability
Stress tolerance
Autonomy
Caution
Reliability
Attention
Conformity
Integrity
The overall results of the three subsets are combined into an individual, personalized report. This report can also be aggregated into a collective management report on a team and/or departmental levels.
secureness
"secureness" measures and raises the security awareness of human capital and can be used as an effective instrument in the following way:

Internal risks in the areas of technology and processes are constantly reviewed in order to generate more security for economic action. In an integral approach, the human factor must not be left out, as employees represent the core of a success-oriented business activity. This is the greatest multiplier when it comes to maintaining a sustainable image and shaping a positive reputation.
